Cancelling services will result in cancellation fees detailed below:

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund, minus a $20 back-office fee.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled service date or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable.
Bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
Our rebooking fee of $75, applicable for delays exceeding 3 hours, will be contingent upon our current availability.
If you purchased cancellation insurance, our cancellation policies will not apply, and your booking will be fully refundable.
Any requests for changes to the service date or time will be subject to approval and based on our availability
