Canceling a tour or a shuttle will result in cancellation fees, detailed below: 
Canceled before 21 calendar days in advance, no charge or fees. 
Canceled between 20 and 15 calendar days in advance, charged 50% of the total. 
Canceled 14 calendar days or less in advance or no show, charged 100% of the total.
The approval or modifications on tour or shuttle date and times will be determined by our availability. 

All tours and shared shuttles require a minimum of 3 people to operate (email us to check availability)

Payments are only accepted through Venmo, Zelle, Bank of America Direct Deposit or Cash (USD $ or Colones ₡)
