Service Description

Make the most out of your time in Costa Rica by selecting this type of service, we will provide you with personalized and professional services by a well-trained, enthusiastic and friendly chauffeur/guide who genuinely wishes to make your holiday experience or business trip as enjoyable as possible. Our professional chauffeur will simultaneously be your own personal tour guide throughout your drive to your selected location. We are focused on providing top-quality personalized services. For your comfort and safety, using new vehicles with all legal requirements, insurance, and safety equipment is our top priority. We are committed to providing you a once in a lifetime experience. Inclusions: * Meet and greet at the airport or selected location * No charge/free wait for up to 3 hours in case of a flight delay * Welcome beverages (Ice tea, beer, water) * A/C, WIFI, Official tourism-insured vehicles * Private service (for your group only) * 35-minute courtesy stop if needed (bathroom, food or groceries) * Service quoted for 4 passengers (additional passengers are welcome for $15 per person each way) * One child/infant seat and booster available free of charge (additional seats available for $15 each one, each way) Exclusions: * Gratuities/tips (Suggested 15 - 20%) * Additional food, drinks * Medical & travel insurance IMPORTANT*** Our priority is always to provide a safe, trained, certified and whenever possible bilingual driver. Fortunately & unfortunately we are almost fully booked during your travel dates, therefore we are out of availability for bilingual drivers. However, even the non-bilingual drivers will understand basic English commands such as bathroom or grocery stops, they can also always use the translator through our van WIFI or call our office for extra assistance. Please note that this does not put down 100% the possibility of your driver for the day being bilingual as we could encounter cancellations or calendar modifications that will free our current schedule. ⚠️ Early arrivals: We work based on the original flight landing time you booked with us, if you are landing earlier please send us an advice notice & wait for your driver at the coffee shop outside the airport terminal. ⚠️ Departure reservation abandonment: Vehicle waiting longer than 15mins, unable to find the customer at the designated pick-up location or cannot reach the customer contact number provided, it's considered a no-show and will not be refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund, with a fixed $25 service fee deduction. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled service date or in the case of no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are non-refundable. Any requests for service date or time changes will be subject to approval and based on our availability. Our rebooking fee of $50, applicable for delays exceeding 3 hours, will be contingent upon our current availability.
