Canceling services will result in cancellation fees detailed below:

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund, with a fixed $20 service fee deduction.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled service date or in the case of no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are non-refundable.

Any requests for service date or time changes will be subject to approval and based on our availability.
